Can I order a single item from the site directly?

Unfortunately we do not sell directly to the public; however you will find many of our products on sale in the major high street retail stores.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity will depend on the product required. Bespoke items will usually require a larger order but please contact us for a more accurate quote.

How long does it normally take from order to delivery?

Delivery time can vary significantly between product types. As a rough guide, our non food products can usually be turned around in approximately 12-16 weeks. Our regular food lines can be delivered to you in around 3 days however new products will require a longer lead time.

Do you provide a rush service?

We will do all we can to help out with last minute emergencies. Please contact our team to discuss your requirements.

Can you provide a sample product?

Please contact our team if there is a product you would like us to source a sample of. If you are a new customer, we may require pro forma payment for samples, which will be credited back to you, should an order later be placed.

Do I get discount for multiple orders?

We endeavour to be highly competitive on price and will be happy to discuss discounts for multiple and bulk orders.

Are all your products ethically sourced?

We strive for the highest standards of quality, safety and ethics and have procedures in place throughout our supply chain to ensure this takes place.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We can deliver goods worldwide.

Do you have a catalogue you can provide me?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of products that we can and have sourced, a catalogue is not available. We can source virtually anything to the specification you require, so please contact our team to discuss your requirements.

Which currencies do you trade in?

We regularly trade in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, RMB, Euros, and Australian Dollars.

Can I open a customer account?

Initial orders are usually on a pro forma basis with payment in advance of delivery but we assess each customer individually and can set up an account if regular orders are going to be placed.

Can you arrange product testing and market compliance?

All of our products are tested and certified to relevant market standards.

Do you support British factories and UK manufacturing?

We strongly believe in supporting our own economy and regularly use suppliers and factories in the UK, as well as sourcing our products from Europe, Asia and South America.

I am a manufacturer; can I offer my product to you?

We are constantly looking to develop our product range, and would be happy to review any suggestions you have to offer.

What are your supplier payment terms?

International supplier payment for one off orders is on a 100% Letter of Credit (LC) at sight basis. For our regular product lines, we will usually set up credit accounts.
